Shri Agarwal said he would continue with his visits to the Blocks to further strengthen the party at the grass-root level as block-level functioning of the party was most crucial for the strengthening of the Congress and he will spare no effort in spreading the reach and scope of the party in Delhi.

Shri Agarwal praised the Delhi Government's decision to constitute a Mythili-Bhojpuri Academy as the people who speak these languages constituted a large number in Delhi, and the language was integral to their cultural identity. He said the people of Poorvanchal were very pleased with the Government decision to setup the Mythili-Bhojpuri Academy which was a great honour for the Poorvanchalis in Delhi.

Shri Agarwal said during the nine years of Congress rule in Delhi, the Capital had witnessed amazing all-round development like many new flyovers, underpasses, escalator-overhead bridges, hospitals, dispensaries, metro, new and smooth roads etc. and exhorted the Congress workers to ensure victory of the Congress Party in the coming Assembly elections to continue with Delhi's all-round development works.

Shri Agarwal said the BJP was like a rudderless ship without issues and charismatic leadership, and was on a self-destruct mode due to internal squabbles. He said the BJP had neither any issue to fight for or any future plans and the people were now regretting their decision to elect BJP into power in the MCD as the party has not been able to keep pace with the development works in the Capital.
